We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return terms below.
Digital Products
Digital case files are delivered as instant downloads. Because the product is fully delivered upon access, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed the download link, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Physical Evidence Kits
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original, sealed condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us and we will replace it at no additional cost. Please include your order number and a brief description (photos helpful) of the issue.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 48 hours.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
