2. Products and Services

 

Cipher & Clue, operated by Saint Cloud Games, sells mystery investigation case files as digital downloads and optional physical evidence kits. All products are designed for personal entertainment purposes.

 

3. Digital Product License

 

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the case file for personal entertainment. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or publicly share case file materials in whole or in part.

 

4. Physical Products

 

Physical evidence kits are sold as tangible goods and are subject to standard shipping and return terms as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

 

5. User Accounts

 

If you create a member account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

6. Verification Portal

 

The Case Submission Portal (located at cipherclue.com/verify) provides entertainment feedback on case conclusions submitted by users. Results are not legally binding and are part of the game experience. Cipher & Clue reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the portal at any time.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on cipherclue.com — including case files, characters, storylines, artwork, and branding — is the intellectual property of Cipher & Clue / Saint Cloud Games and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

Cipher & Clue provides products and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
